How to Request a Refund
Payments for Foundernotes are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds are therefore handled by Paddle. To request a refund:

Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
