The Hard Truth
90% of startups fail, not from a lack of effort, but from a lack of structured focus. Here is the diagnosis, and the prescription.
Problem
Wandering through endless Notion pages, writing long corporate business plans that nobody reads, and polishing mockups before testing a single assumption.
Getting lost in Trello boards with 100 tasks, feeling busy all day, but realizing you haven't validated a single customer struggle.
Navigating complex unit economics and market positioning alone, with no access to strategic feedback or honest pushback.
Solution
6 linear chapters that don't let you cheat. You build a system of meshing gearwheels, not a list of disconnected features.
A relentless venture-partner on every page who cross-examines your moats, your metrics, and even your living costs.
Move from opinion to raw evidence. Log early user reactions directly inside your notebook and tie them to your MVP stages.
The Six Chapter System
Six chapters. One continuous, linear workflow from raw thought to a validated business, signed-off by real customers.

The Origin Story
Hey, I am Caroline and I'm the founder of Foundernotes. :)
I went to a world class business school, climbed the ranks in management consulting, and coached hundreds of people 1:1 on how to build great products. But along the way, a frustrating question kept keeping me up at night: Why isn't this taught in school? Why is entrepreneurship treated like a secret club?
Right now, in the age of AI, the barriers to creation are gone. Anyone can build, and anyone should have the chance to realize their vision. But tools like Jira or Trello were built for corporate tech teams, not solo founders. You don't need more heavy administrative software. You need a safe space to think, focus, and execute. That's why I built Foundernotes. It's the digital counterpart to that physical notebook on your desk where your best ideas are born. No clutter. Just you, your strategy, and your execution.
